**Just to clarify, the chef pointed out a good number of things that were gluten free but because of the issue with the pasta and the cc warning upfront, I didn’t trust this place and chose to eat things that were naturally clean, boiled seafood and fruit. I’d eat there again for the crab legs & fresh fruit, only if there wasn’t a long line. I mostly ate lots of crab legs which made the 40.00 lunch worth the price but I was so very disappointed after waiting in a line for over an hour to be seated, another 1/2 hour to get someone to help me, and having to stick with boiled seafood in the end. So, so, SO disappointing to get your 11 year old celiac son excited about a buffet then walk out with spirit broken. So my family of 5 was escorted by the manager to the cashier for a full refund. The manager said there was nothing he could do. What?!?! He then went to get a manager to see if they could do anything for us.like make a special arrangement to prepare something separate in the kitchen. He then shared that they make GF pizzas then place them on the same oven rack (unprotected) as gluten pizzas. We asked if anything could be prepared in the kitchen separately in a clean space and he said no. That second chef said that there was no way he could guarantee that ANYthing was GF due to cross contamination.and proceeded to cite that he just saw a guest take tongs from one area to another and touched everything. He was pointing out what items were GF which was great, but mid conversation for some reason he swapped with another chef who was to finish the tour. The chef came out to greet us as advertised, but then it went totally downhill. After we read so many positive reviews we were so excited.
